About Calvary Cemetery

Calvary Cemetery, steeped in history, has served as a serene sanctuary for Catholics in Santa Barbara since the late 1800s. Its lush grounds, nurtured by the founding missionary priest and botanist, invite reflection and peace. Discover the inspiring religious artwork and take in the breathtaking views of the Santa Ynez Mountains that embrace this sacred space. We warmly invite you to participate in special Masses and prayer events throughout the year. With options for traditional ground burials, lawn crypts, cremation niches, and beautiful cremation gardens, Calvary Cemetery offers a heartfelt resting place for your loved ones.
